Over at Near Emmaus, Brian put on a caption contest for the best caption for the above scary picture of Walter Brueggeman.

Apparently, taking a course on Ezekiel inspires one to come up with funny jokes!

The winning caption:

I look forward to receiving Brueggeman’s latest work, An Unsettling God: The Heart of the Hebrew Bible.
