ummm, let's see... for the hundredth time, she has trampeled on all the men of the blogosphere and accused them of doing something without any demonstrable evidence. This for me makes her a chauvinist. And a conspiracy theorist because she thinks bibliobloggers are out to oppress women who wish to blog on biblical studies related issues.

This is clear evidence, unlike April who has makes claims without evidence.

I have read your post on the matter. Still no excuse for accusing DeConick of being a chauvinist without any grounding whatsoever. What is in her work that makes her a chauvinist? That is the question that have many of your critics in an uproar, Rob, and the part about her being an angry feminist, holding some bitter grudge, that was too close to referring to an ugly stereotype. What evidence do you have that she is this way? You are making a character judgment of her without referring to her being consistently angry at men.

There are no character judgments in my posts; I do not say, hey, this guy has this hidden anger in his heart towards women. What I said was this: hey, look at these pics this one blog put up, and look who agreed with the pics, and look what these pics represent: angry white women complaining about sexism. That is the difference.

Truth and peace,
